OVER 80 AND "GOING STRONG"The Arizona Republic featured Lorenzo Lisonbee in their May 24,2001, Valley and State section. Dr. Lisonbee, a former Professor at ASU is 86 years old. Dr. Lisonbee planned a trip to Taipei, Tai- wan, for a Kiwanis International Convention this past summer with a side trip to South Korea. Dr. Lisonbee practices yoga and isometric exercises and walks instead of runs. His advice is to "Eat your five veggies and fruits every day. Avoid sweets and fats and most importantly, stay interested in something or several things. No matter what, you need to have passions in life. It can be golf, volunteering or whatever your heart desires."INTERNATIONAL LIMNOGEOLOGY CONGRESSThe 3rd International Limnogeology Congress (ILIC) sponsored by the Intemational Association of Limnogeologists (IAL) will be held from 29 March to 2 April, 2003, in Tucson, Arizona, at the Presidio Plaza Hotel.
