Travel Grant Application

Student attendees can apply to have their travel expenses to ANAS Annual Meeting reimbursed. Presenters will be ranked higher than general attendees, but all applicants will be considered. "Early bird" application deadline March 14th. Applications for a standby list of alternates will be accepted until March 28th.

Additionally, all students presenting posters at this meeting can apply to have the printing costs of their posters reimbursed, up to $75.00.

Terms of the Grant

  • • Expenses listed on application must be estimates of the student's share of otherwise unreimbursed travel-related costs.
  • • Successful applicants will be notified by email of the funded maximum.
  • • This is a reimbursement grant. Recipients are required to submit an itemized list of actual expenses along with scanned copies of their receipts to Karen Conzelman, ANAS Treasurer (karen.ann.conzelman@gccaz.edu ) by April 23rd in order to receive reimbursement. Meals should be itemized in the expense list but no meal receipts are required.
  • • Reimbursement will be disbursed electronically through PayPal or Zelle.
